A french newspaper article singing the praises of Bloch fashion shoe collections -
Anna Wintour, Madonna, Elle Macpherson, Christy Turlington, Salma Heyek can't live without their Bloch shoes... the reason? These shoes are designed with the same technique as their dancing shoes combining comfort, agility and strength. Materials and forms have been redesigned to make them more desirable for fashion wear - patent leather, quilted, perforated suede or metallic, open toe and heels... The new line, sold in France in early 2009, will expand in July with two major events: the launch of the first sneaker adapted for the city - ideal for running through the street, shopping or running after a bus - created in collaboration with dancers and podiatrists. Then one of a limited edition designed by fashion designer Akira Isogawa... Who will have the last word on the French market? ... The summer will tell...
